How We Can Help
Play Therapy
Play is a natural way for children and youth to express themselves. Often, traumatic experiences like loss of a loved one, grief, anxiety, and depression are difficult to communicate. Play and expressive therapies through sand, art, play, and other tailored experiences give opportunities for children and youth to express and process their feelings, thoughts, and the ability to explore how they would like things to be different for themselves.
Individual Therapy - Adolescent and Adults
Life can be stressful, complex, and challenging. Navigating change and understanding how stressors are impacting your well-being can be difficult. Individual counselling sessions offer a safe, compassionate space for you to explore and process your personal challenges.

-
supporting parents to find ways to connect with their children and better understand their loved one’s emotions and behaviours.
-
exploring the possible causes and meaning behind their children’s challenging behaviours.
-
enhancing parent/child communication and better familial relationships.
-
creating healthy and reparative attachment experiences.
-
creating and establishing opportunities for co-regulation
