Play Therapy

Begins with a phone consultation.

A counselling application is forwarded prior to the parent intake session.

A parent intake session is scheduled. This is an opportunity for parents to see the counselling space, share the current challenges, and goals of therapy are discussed.

Children work with various modalities, including art, sand, play, talk and mindfulness.

follow up parent consultation meeting is recommended based on initial consultation with parent at a set amount of time, where strategies are discussed to support your child.

Discussions may include planning around Individual Education Plans (IEP), psych-ed assessment recommendations & medical diagnoses.

Initial phone consultation - free
Intake Session - $150 - 50 min session
Child Therapy Session - $150 - 50 min
Follow Up Consult - $150 - 50 min
Individual Therapy

Begins with a phone consultation.

A counselling application is forwarded prior to the initial intake session

An intake session is scheduled. Therapeutic goals will be discussed and a timeline of sessions established, goals will be re-evaluated at a set time.

Clients are able to work within modalities of client-centred, talk, NSST, mindfulness.

Clients begin to develop a deeper understanding of their defenses, how they want to be different.

Follow Up Consult - $150 - 50 min
Parent Consultation /Family Sessions

where this is subsequent to an individual child or youth receiving services, phone consultation and intake may be replaced with a "homework inventory"
